Water Scarcity in Southern California
The final report of a 2-year in-depth study of several water districts in Southern California is available. The research, funded by the Haynes Foundation and led by Prof. Hilda Blanco, Interim Director of the Center for Sustainable Cities, details the conservation and new water supply projects of the districts and identifies challenges and prospects under climate change.
